The board of directors is made up of seventeen directors. Dr. Yuan-Tseh Lee has been elected as the Chairman of the Board. Under the board of directors arc an Award Review Committee and a Financial Committee to review various applications and oversee financial affairs.

     Dr. Der-Tsai Lee has been appointed as the Executive Director, assisted by Ms. Hsiao-Hui Sun, the administrative and Ms. Wen-Yi Chang the accountant.
